The NCGA has its inaugural Match Play Challenge champion.
Brian Walker defeated Ryszard Zabinsk, 3 and 2, at Pebble Beach Golf Links for the win.
In the consolation match, Keith Okasaki defeated Mike Uecker, 6 and 5.
All of the green fees at Pebble Beach (finals and semifinals) were paid for by the NCGA. Also quarterfinals matches at Silverado Resort in Napa.
