The 109th California Amateur Championship and 42nd California Senior Women’s Amateur Championship will still be played in 2020—albeit with new dates.
The California Amateur will now tee off July 27-August 1 at Torrey Pines. Registration for the Cal Am will reopen May 1.
Qualifying sites are being rescheduled with new dates and will be released prior to May 1. Players currently registered do not need to take any action at this time. Players wishing to transfer sites or withdraw may do so upon release of the updated schedule.
The new dates for the California Senior Women’s Amateur Championship are October 5-7. The event, open to players ages 50-over with a handicap index of 18.4 or better, will be held at La Cumbre CC in Santa Barbara. Registration for the Cal Senior Women’s Am will also open May 1 and will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis with exempt players taking priority.
