It was another win for the NCGA under the sun. The NCGA outscored the NCPGA, 193-131 to win the biannual NorCal Women's Cup.
A day after taking a 63.5-44.5 lead in Four-Ball, the NCGA won in Singles play, 129.5-86.5. The event used a unique format, where each hole was worth one point (a tie on the hole was worth half a point).
The NCGA was represented by Tina Barker, Deborah Robertson, Jen Brumbaugh, Katrina Camitoc, Lynne Cowan, Holly Bare, Sadie Strain, Eden Anderson, Julie Wirth, Lara Tennant, Itsuko Moridaira and Renata Young.
The NCPGA was represented by Corey Gill, Carol Gossett, Kayla Walter, Katherine Marren, Caitlyn Doyle and Paige Phillips, Rebecka Heinmert, Meredith Lobeck, Louise Hall, Pat Hurst, Ashley Wood and Mia Torres.

The NCGA grabbed a 63.5-44.5 lead in Monday's Four-Ball action.
Scoring 13.5 and 13 points for the NCGA were the teams of Renata Young and Itsuko Moridaira and Eden Anderson and Sadie Strain, respectively. The NCGA got nine points from the team of Ashley Wood and Mia Torres and 10.5 points from the tandem of Louise Hall and Pat Hurst.
