First played in 1992, the NCGA Associate Club Four-Ball Net Championship is a two-person better ball event for associate clubs.

For many years the traditional Match Play Championship, which started in 1927, was undersubscribed, so a different match play format was created in 2018 called the Team Match Play. 2-person teams play four 9-hole matches earning team points (1 point win, ½ point tie). Flighted with gross and net awards.
