Wildhorse GC made it a wire-to-wire win at the annual NCGA Sacramento Zone Championship.
The Wildhorse GC squad, made up of teammates Lee Fuller, Marc Gordon, Brett Johnson and Bill Seiden, carded a final round 11-under 131 to come in at 31-under 255 playing in a format that takes the two best net scores of a four-person team.
Ancil Hoffman GC and Bartley Cavanaugh GC both came in tied for second at 263 after matching final rounds of 131. Ancil Hoffman GC won second place after a three-hole playoff.
Both Wildhorse GC and Ancil Hoffman GC earned automatic spots into this year's NCGA Zone Championship, set for Aug. 22-23 at Poppy Hills and Spyglass Hill.

Wildhorse GC is the team to chase after opening day of the annual NCGA Sacramento Zone Championsip.
The Wildhorse GC squad, made up of teammates Lee Fuller, Marc Gordon, Brett Johnson and Bill Seiden, carded a first round 20-under 124 Monday at Del Monte GC in Monterey playing in a format that takes the two best net scores of a four-person team.
Ancil Hoffman GC and Bartley Cavanaugh GC are tied for second at 132.
Tuesday's second round will see play shift over to par-71 Poppy Hills.
Only the two low teams will earn automatic spots into this year's NCGA Zone Championship, slated for Aug. 22-23 at Poppy Hills and Spyglass Hill.
