SoCal kept the title at the annual Challenge Cup.
PGA Junior Southern California squad knocked off the Junior Tour of Northern California, 13.5-10.5 in what was the ninth rendition of the Cup, which features some of the best juniors in Northern California taking on some of the best juniors in Southern California in a Ryder Cup-like format.
A day after the JTNC grabbed a 6.5-5.5 lead in Four-Ball and Foursomes, PGA Junior SoCal won Singles play, 8-4, to claim a 13.5-10.5 victory.
It's SoCal's fourth win in a row in the event, and they now lead, 6-3 in the series.
The JTNC was represented by Asterisk Talley, Sarah Lim, Madalyn Lee, Emma Wang, Kailer Stone, Ayden Fynaut, Luke Brandler, Trenton Stuart, Chase Yukawa and Alexander Thu. PGA Junior SoCal was represented by Shawn Nawata, Max Margolis, Matthew Hull and Baron Nguyen, Theodore Vigna, Adam Anderson, Max Emberson, Brady McHenry, Inseoul Jiamanukoonkit, Isabella Yu, Clairey Lin and Nikki Oh.

The Junior Tour of Northern California and PGA Junior Southern California are again meeting at Poppy Hills with some of the best juniors in NorCal taking on some of the best from SoCal.
After day one, the JTNC leads PGA Junior SoCal, 6.5-5.5.
Saturday's first round saw teams competing in Four-Ball over nine holes and then as Foursomes over nine holes.
In Four-Ball, the JTNC took an early 4-2 lead. Winners for the JTNC were the tandems of Madelyne Lee/Emma Wang (2 and 1), Kailer Stone/Ayden Fynaut (3 and 2) and Alejandro Formosa/Ben Friedman (1-up). There were two ties.
In a big match that Asterisk Talley/Sarah Lim facing Clairey Lin/Nikko Oh, Lin and Oh won, 2-up, after sweeping the final three holes. Talley and Lim are the defending U.S. Women's Amateur Four-Ball champions. Lin and Oh also later won in Four-Ball, 2 and 1.
Also getting a win for SoCal in Four-Ball were the tandems of Matthew Hull and Baron Nguyen and Shawn Nawata and Max Margolis. PGA Junior SoCal won Foursomes play, 3.5-2.5.
The PGA Junior Southern California leads in the series, 5-3.
