Xaiolong (Sherry) Zhong came from behind to take the title.
Zhong shot a final round 4-over 77 to come in with a winning two-day total of 3-over 148. She had opened the final round four shots behind leader Tina Barker.
Barker, who was inducted into the NCGA Hall of Fame last week, placed second at 151 after a second-round 84.
Third place went to Renata Young at 153 following a 78.
Flight A: Tina Barker won with a score of 6-over 151.
Flight B: Penelope Crumley took the title, finishing at 174 after a final round 91.
Flight C: Lily Weng won the title with a score of 30-over 175.
Flight D: Claudia Little won with a score of 33-over 178.
