Corral de Tierra CC and Catta Verdera CC both punched their tickets to the California Scratch League Championship after advancing through Monday's NorCal Finals at Poppy Ridge.
Catta Verdera (photo below) moved on through the A division, winning with a score of 26 points. Second place went to Sunnyside CC with 24 points.
In the B division, Corral de Tierra (photo above) took the title, finishing with 31 points. Woodbridge G&CC was second with 29 points.
The event uses a format that incorporates Stableford scoring, match play and stroke play.
Both Catta Verdera and Corral de Tierra advanced to the California Scratch League Championship, which will tee off Nov. 27 at Poppy Hills. The two will take on SoCal's two championship squads.
